Het board of the foundation carries the formal responsibility for the foundation as an organisation; the IMPRO Amsterdam festival is organised by the festival organisers.

- Sebastiaan Hoogeveen (treasurer)
Remuneration policy
Board members do not receive any financial compensation for their work. In the foundation's bylaws the possibility of an attendance fee for board meetings has been left open but the board is not using this option. Any expense payments made to board members is mentioned in the annual report.
